Cancellation Policy
A cancellation fee of 200 Euro (50% of the full registration fee) will be applied for cancellations received between July 1st to July 7 2016.
Name change
A registered participant unable to attend the conference may nominate (free of charge) a substitute participant by notifying the Organizing Secretariat. However, no changes can be made to invoices which have already been issued.
Registration
A payment of 400 Euro is requested for participation.
The amount covers participation in all the scientific sessions, lectures and cultural events, lunches and coffees breaks (from July 8 to July 11).
